 Pecan Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Method

Mix all ingredients together except for confectioners sugar. Chill in refrigerator for an hour or more. Roll in balls the size of quarters and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
