Plum Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups
flour
- 2 cups
sugar
- 1 cup
oil
- 3 eggs,
beaten
- 2 small
jars (4 3/4 oz) cans trained plum tapioca baby food
- 1/2
teaspoon soda
- 1
teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4
teaspoon salt
- 1
teaspoon cinnamon
- 1
teaspoon cloves
- 1/2
teaspoon red food coloring
- 1 cup
chopped pecans
Method
Mix dry ingredients and
add to sugar, eggs, oil, baby food and food coloring. Bake in a 10 inch
tube pan at 350°F for one hour.Recipe
