Napa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Napa cabbage
  • 1 bunch green onions

Chop cabbage and green onions and keep chilled .

In saucepan bring to a boil, for not more than 1 minute then chill:

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce

In a skillet sauté in 1/3 cup oil until lightly brown, let cool on paper towel and chill:

  • 1/2 cup almond sliver

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

When ready to serve break 1 package of ramen noodles (noodles only) into cabbage mixture, along with the rest of the above ingredients and toss and serve.
