Veggie Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pound of stewing beef 
  • 1/2 bunch of celery diced 
  • 1 - 15 ounce can of tomato sauce 
  • salt and pepper to your taste 
  • couple pinches of garlic salt 
  • 3 pounds of noodles ( I like Grandma's noodles) 
  • 3 pounds of mixed vegetables ( fresh is good if you have time) 
  • 28 ounce can of tomato sauce 
Method 

Start with a pound and a half (or more if you like) of stew meat. Dice up about a half a bunch of celery add this to a HUGE soup pot of water. 
Then add: 
one 15 oz can of tomato sauce pepper to your taste 
a couple of pinches of garlic salt Boil the heck out of it till the meat is done.. While it's boiling remove the icky stuff that floats to the top from the 
meat. Once the meat is cooked to your taste add three pounds of noodles (I like Grandma's noodles) 
Cook the noodles until they are almost tender...then add three pounds of mixed veggies fresh is better but who has time? Add another 28 oz can of tomato sauce (if you use fresh veggies hold off adding this until the veggies are almost done) 
Stir it in and enjoy!
