Caramel Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping; thawed

  • 1 package butterscotch pudding mix

  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice

  • 3 cups diced apples

  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Method

Mix whipped topping, butterscotch pudding and pineapple in a bowl. Add peanuts, marshmallows and apples. Stir to mix. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
