Potato Kisses Ingredients
Method Remove all lumps from mashed potatoes; add butter and beat until smooth. Add sugar and blend well. Add the cocoa or cooled melted chocolate, vanilla, salt and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Keep candy uniform in shape and size. Place in refrigerator to harden. Keep in a tightly covered container. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds
