Whisper

 Ingredients 

  • 3/4 ounce of Scotch Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters or Orange bitters
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • twist of lemon peel
  • maraschino cherry

Method

Combine all ingredients except the peel and cherry in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the peel and cherry.
