Black Forest Parfait Ingredients
Method Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat for 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes until thickened. Beat cream cheese at low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add pudding, beating until blended. Mix together cherry pie filling and liqueur. Reserve a few cherries for garnish, if desired. Divide half of the pudding mixture among 6 individual dessert dishes; sprinkle with wafer crumbs. Cover with pie filling; top with remaining pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with reserved cherries and additional wafer crumbs, if desired. Yield: 6 servings |
