Valentine Tea Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Method 

Mix the above ingredients together. Melt in a double boiler 16 ounces dark Belgian chocolate. Grease an 8 by 12 inch pan. Make two layers, each with a chocolate and peanut butter mix. Then refrigerate.
