Pineapple Cheese Ball


Ingredients

  • 2 packages ( 8 oz) cream cheese
  • 8 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Method

Drain crushed pineapple. Mix all ingredients except last 1 cup of chopped pecans. Form into a ball. Refrigerate. Roll in remaining 1 cup of finely chopped pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
