Cranberry Salad Ingredients
Method Mix 1/2 can of cranberries with 1 cup of hot water to 1 package of Jello. Add nuts to this mixture. Put in about a 6 by 10 inch dish to chill until firm. Cream cheese and sour cream. Spread on top of jello mixture. Mix second package of jello with remaining cranberries and 1 cup hot water. Add more nuts. Pour on top of cream cheese. Chill until hard. Cut into squares and place on top of Boston or red tip lettuce. Yield: 12 servings |
