Turkey Breast in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 pound sliced smoked turkey breast
  • 1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cube beef bullion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Method 

Roll up 1 slice turkey and 1 slice cheese together. Repeat with rest of the turkey and cheese. Place in baking dish. On medium heat cook mushrooms until juice appears. Add water and beef bullion cube. Cook over low heat for 3 - 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream blended with flour and parsley. Pour sauce over rolled turkey. Bake covered in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables rice and dinner rolls.

Yield: 6 - 8 servings
