Cranberry Apple Muffins Ingredients
Method Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or paper 12 muffin cups. Place the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl and whisk briskly. In a small bowl, whisk the cooled butter, the egg, buttermilk, and cider until well blended. Mix into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in the apples and cranberries. Spoon into muffin cups and sprinkle liberally with the sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
