Citrus Salad This recipe was submitted by R. Langdon Ingredients
Method Prepare grapefruit and oranges by removing peel and white rind and cutting into natural sections between membranes. Arrange on crisp salad greens on individual plates, alternating grapefruit and orange sections. Blend cream cheese with juice and grated rind.. Stuff grapes with cheese mixture, or you can use fresh or canned apricot or peach halves piled with the stuffing. Allowing 1 half or 3 large grapes for each plate. Yield: 5-6 servings French Dressing with Orange Juice
Measure all ingredients into a covered jar and shake well before using. Mayonnaise Cream Dressing Whip together 1/2 cup each mayonnaise and heavy cream. |
