Brown Derby French Dressing

Ingredients 

• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup olive or salad oil

Method     

In a screw top jar combine all ingredients except olive oil, cover and shake well. Add 1/2 cup olive oil cover and shake vigorously. Chill thoroughly. Shake before serving.

Yield: 1 cup
