Garden Salad
Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) carton plain
yogurt
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup chopped green
onions
- ¼ cup diced radishes
- ¼ cup finely chopped
parsley
- 2 tablespoons crumbled
blue cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly
ground black pepper
Method
Combine all ingredients in
small bowl; stir until well blended. Cover; refrigerate and chill
thoroughly. Serve garden dressing with salad greens or as a dip with fresh
vegetables.
Yield: 2 cups
