Method Cut carrots
in thin slices and cook to a boil for 8 minutes. Cut up green pepper,
onion and celery in bite size pieces. Mix raw ingredients with boil
carrots and pour sauce over them. Recipe for sauce is below. Cover
tightly and leave in refrigerator for one week before using. This is a great recipe for a make ahead party. |
