Greek Kidney Bean with Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained kidney beans

  • 1/2 red sweet pepper chopped small

  • 1 clove garlic minced fine

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese *

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Mix well and chill. Delicious

NOTE: From Donna, if you like Feta Cheese, you have to try the Bulgarian Feta. It is so creamy that it just melts in your mouth. You can find it in most specialty stores that sell Arabic foods. Very good!
