Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
3 hard cooked eggs; sliced
1 cup chopped celery and/or peas
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped pickle
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (4 oz) shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce
cucumber
Method
With two forks, toss all ingredients together lightly except lettuce and cucumber. Place salad in lettuce cups and garnish with cucumber slices.
Yield: 4 servings
