Quick Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 quart finely shredded cabbage
1/4 green pepper
1/4 sweet pepper
a few drops onion juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
dash pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
Method
To finely shredded cabbage add pepper cut in thin strips. Add onion juice, salt, sugar and pepper; mix. Combine mayonnaise and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well.
Yield: 6-8 servings
