Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) lemon Jello powder

  • 2 cups boiling water

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream or 1 package dream whip plus 1/2 cup milk or non dairy cream whip

Method

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and let thicken. Add drained pineapple and let set. Whip cream and spread over surface of jet Jello. Serve on lettuce leaf with grated cheese or nuts on top. You could also fold whipped cream into Jello before it sets.
