Orange Carrot Salad This recipe was submitted by E. Sieler Ingredients
Method Dissolve lemon jello powder in boiling water, stir. Add cold water, salt and vinegar. Grate carrots, finely and add with remaining ingredients. Rinse a 1 quart jelly mold with water and add jello mixture. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Serve with a favorite dressing or mayonnaise, or eat as is. Yield: 4-6 servings |
