Ham and Potato Salad
Ingredients
1 cup diced cooked ham
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
3 hard cooked eggs chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
crisp lettuce
Method
Combine ham, potatoes, eggs and celery. Mix mayonnaise and prepared mustard together and combine with other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
Yield: 4-6 servings
