Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package (4 oz) instant vanilla pudding plus 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 grapefruit

  • 2 oranges

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 can (19 oz) fruit cocktail

  • 1 can (19 oz) pineapple chunks

  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

Method

Prepare pudding following package directions. Peel, section and skin fresh fruit. Drain canned fruit well. Add fruit and miniature marshmallows to chilled pudding. Beat whipping cream and fold in. Place in fridge to chill and serve.

Yield: 8-10 servings
