Coleslaw 5

• 1 large cabbage shredded
• 3 large carrots shredded
• 2 large onions chopped fine

Dressing

• 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
• 1 1/2 cups salad oil
• 2 1/2 cups white sugar
• 2 tablespoons celery seed
• 2 tablespoons salt

Method

Put in a kettle and pour dressing over top and bring to just a boil. Put in sealing jars. When serving drain off oil. Keeps well.
