Coleslaw 4

• 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
• 1 delicious red apple diced
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon thousand island dressing
• salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix cabbage and apple together. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over cabbage and apple, mix well.

Yield: 6 servings
