Chocolate Icing



Ingredients:
- 12 ounce chocolate (semisweet chips)
- 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 cup cream (sour )
Directions:
Microwave chips for about one minute. Take the chips out and stir. When chips have melted stir in sour cream by spoonfuls at a time. Stir in powdered sugar and chill about 30 minutes or until thick enough to spread.
