Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup apples (butter or margarine 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 cup auce 1 cup all purpose )
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (sugar 1 teaspoon )
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (sugar 1 teaspoon )
Put butter in small micro proof mixing bowl. Cook on Hi for 1 minute. Stir in sugars and applesauce. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Beat in egg. Stir in vanilla, nuts, and raisins. Spread batter in an 8 inch square micro proof baking dish. Cook on HI for 4 minutes. Rotate dish one quarter turn twice during cooking. Cook on simmer LO for 2 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mixture of topping ingredients. Cool thoroughly and cut into squares. Yield: 16 squares
