Pumpkin Nut Bread



Ingredients:
- 3 1/3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (ground )
- 3 cup sugar ( (or 2 cups, works fine))
- 4 egg
- 2 cup pumpkin
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup nuts (chopped )
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well and add sugar, eggs, pumpkin and water. Beat well until smooth. Add nuts, and mix into mixture. Pour into three greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. These freeze very well.
