Fruit Jam



Ingredients:
- 1 cup apples (, chopped and peeled)
- 4 cup pear (s, chopped and peeled)
- 1/4 cup juice (lemon )
- 4 cup pea (ches, chopped and peeled)
- 5 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine fruit and cook slowly until tender, about 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and sugar. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Boil to jam stage, about 15 minutes. When jam stage is reached, remove from heat. Stir and skim for five minutes. Pour into sterilized jars; cool and seal. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield: 6 (8 oz) jars
