Peach Jam



Ingredients:
- 2 quart pea (peeled and crushed ches 1/2 cup water)
- 6 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine peaches and water in a large pot and cook gently for ten minutes. Add sugar and bring to a slow boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cook rapidly until thick, then ladle into jars and seal. Process about 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Yield: about 4 pints
