Gooseberry Jam



Ingredients:
- 3 pound goose (berry 2 1/2 cups water 9 1/4 cups sugar)
Directions:
Bring the cleaned gooseberries and water to a boil and simmer until tender. Stir in the sugar and boil rapidly until setting point is reached. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Yield: 3 quarts.
