Chocolate Mousse (Diabetic)



Ingredients:
- 2 chocolate ((6 serving) packages fat free instant pudding mix)
- 8 chocolate ( wafer cookies crushed)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (ground )
- 1/2 cup coffee (kahlua flavored instant )
- 3 3/4 cup milk (skim )
- 1 haw ((16 oz) package frozen fat free whipped topping ted)
- 3 tablespoon water (boiling )
Directions:
In a large metal bowl, dissolve coffee and cinnamon in boiling water stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in milk. Whisk in pudding; beat for 2 to 3 minutes until thick and smooth. fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into 16 small dessert dishes. Chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving sprinkle tops with cookie crumbs. Yield: 16 servings per serving: 95 calories 1 gram fat
