Sandbox Cake



Ingredients:
- (1 3 quart plastic sand bucket and shovels)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cheese ((8 oz) packages of cream )
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 12 ounce haw (frozen whipped topping; ted)
- 3 1/2 cup milk
- 2 vanilla ((3/4 oz) packages instant pudding)
- 1 vanilla ((20 oz) package wafers)
Directions:
Wash the buckets and shovels well and set aside. Mix softened butter and cream cheese together. In a medium size bowl add milk. Sprinkle pudding over milk and beat until thickened. add pudding and whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth using either a wooden spoon or electric mixer. In a food processor, process vanilla wafers until they form a fine crumb. In the bucket, place a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, then a layer of the cream cheese pudding mixture. Keep layering until full and end with a layer of crushed wafers. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours. Just before serving decorate with garnishes. Leave the shovel beside the bucket and let them help themselves. Yield: 8- 10 people
