Prize Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar (all purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon mace ½ teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoo)
Mix all ingredients together except whipped cream. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake in a hot oven (450°F) 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325°F. and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until filling is firm. (Knife inserted in center should come out clean.) Cool before serving. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
