Italian Pepper Chicken Breasts



Ingredients:
- 1 garlic (clove minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon pepper (black crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste)
- 1 1/2 pound chicken (boneless skinless breast halves)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mint ( or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped)
Directions:
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min. Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Press peppercorns into both sides of chicken breasts. Arrange chicken on a broiler rack and grill or broil 4-5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked throughout. Remove from heat. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with mint sauce.
