Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chocolate (sour cream 2 ounces ghirardelli unsweetened ; melted 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla)
Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Mix in melted chocolate. Yield: enough for a 9 by 13" cake.
