Holiday Dip



Ingredients:
- 2 cup artichoke ( hearts (16 oz); drained, coarsely chopped)
- 1 pepper (ds hot sauce)
- 1 garlic powder (ds )
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 can shrimp ( or crabmeat (small); drained, optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Combine and spread in greased baking dish. Bake 325F for 30 min or until hot. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips. Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 5-10 min of baking. May also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
