FRENCH MOCHA FROSTING



Ingredients:
- 3 butter (squares sweet chocolate, melted 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder 1 tablespoon hot water 3/4 cup ici)
Directions:
Mix chocolate, coffee and water in small beater bowl. Beat in sugar and eggs; add butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons at a time, and continue beating until mixture is thick. Chill to spreading consistency. Fill and frost an 8 or 9 inch layer cake. Chill until icing is set.
