Pudding Easter Eggs



Ingredients:
- 1 butter (stick melted )
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 pudding (packages regular (not instant and your favorite flavor))
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Directions:
Boil together the butter milk and pudding, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add 1 pound of powdered sugar, mix well. You may add 1 cup of peanut butter or 1 cup coconut, or 1 cup nuts or candied fruit. Cool and shape into eggs. Chill well. Then coat with chocolate. Store in airtight container. Submitted by: D.
