Marshmallow Bumpies
Ingredients:
- 3 ounce cheese (softened cream )
- 2 ounce chocolate (baking )
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup sugar (confectioners )
- 3 cup marshmallows (miniature )
- 2 ounce chocolate (baking )

- 3 cup marshmallows (miniature )
Blend together cream cheese and milk. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Set aside. Melt chocolate over hot water, stirring until smooth. Combine cream cheese mixture, melted chocolate, and slat, mixing together well. fold in marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut, completely coating each candy.
