Ingredients:
- 1 cup onion (chopped )
- 2 pound pork (boneless top loin)
- 3/4 cup soda (diet )
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook covered on high for 5-6 hours or until meat is very tender. Drain and slice or shred pork. I serve it on wheat buns that are 2 points. Yield: 8 servings at 4 points each Submitted by: Cindy
