Rhubarb Crisp 2



Ingredients:
- 3 cup rhubarb (, cut in 1 inch pieces)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg (, well beaten)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar ( firmly packed)
- 2/3 cup flour (all purpose )
Directions:
Mix together the rhubarb, sugar and egg. Place in 9 inch casserole dish. Combine the butter, brown sugar and flour. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
