Angel Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oil (cooking )
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift flour, soda and cream of tartar. Cream sugars and margarine, add oil.
Mix well. Add flour mixture and vanilla. Cool dough overnight or several
hours. Make into small balls, dip in water, then in sugar. Bake in a
moderate oven until done.
