Lemon Drink



Ingredients:
- 5 pound oranges (white sugar 2 ounces citric acid 1 ounce tartaric acid 5 teaspoons epsom slats 3 pints boiling water)
Directions:
Combine sugar, acids and salt in a large kettle. Pour boiling water over all, and stir well. Allow to cool. Add fruits, and let stand overnight. In the morning, strain and bottle When using, use 1/3 concentrate to 2/3 cold water with ice cubes.
