Beef Casserole



Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 carrot ((19 oz) can peas and s)
- 1 tomato ((10 oz) can soup)
- 1 onion (medium chopped)
- 1/2 beef (to 3/4 pound leftover (cubed))
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Brown onion in butter, adding meat and salt; when mixture is browned add the other ingredients and heat through. Serve with mashed potatoes. Yield: 5 servings Submitted by: B. Thiessen
