Almond Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup baking powder (all purpose flour 2 teaspoons 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1/3 cup melted bu)
Stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Beat together the milk, eggs and melted butter; add to dry ingredients and beat 1 minute a low speed of electric mixer. Add vanilla and chopped almonds; beat 1 more minute. Pour into greased muffin pans and bake at 350°F 20 to 25 minutes. When cool, frost as desired and top with coarsely chopped almonds, toasted or plain. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen medium size cupcakes
