- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese (fat-free )
- 2 tablespoon sour cream (fat-free )
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (lemon zest or- 1 tsp. seasoning)
Directions:
Boil water for pasta Chop veggies Toss pasta in boiling water Whip up sauce With about 4 mins left, toss in veggies (+ beans/meat sub if using) Strain off water.
