Fast & Fabulous Fruit Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 can milk (sweetened condensed )
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 2/3 cup meat ((28 ounce jar) mince)
- 1 cup nuts (chopped )
- 2 egg (s slightly beaten)
- 2 cup fruit (( 1 pound) mixed candied )

Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Sift flour and soda. Mix in remaining ingredients and bake for about 1 hour and 50 minutes until done.
