Macaroni Salad



Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup sour cream (low-fat )
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (light )
- 2 tablespoon parsley (chopped fresh )
- 2 tablespoon pickle (sweet relish)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (spicy brown )
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (white )
- 4 cup macaroni (cooked elbow (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta))
- 1 cup green onion (sliced )
- 1 cup peas (frozen green thawed)
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese ((3 ounces) diced reduced-fat sharp )
- 1/2 cup carrot (diced )
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced )
- 1/2 cup celery (sliced )
- 1/2 cup ham (diced lean (about 2 ounces))
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss well to coat. Cover and chill. Makes 8 Servings
